Your Mind Isn’t Broken. It’s Been Running the Wrong Software.
What if the anxiety, self-doubt, and inner critic weren’t signs that something is wrong with you — but simply old programs that were never updated?
The Problem
You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books, tried the practices, maybe even done therapy. And yet that voice in your head — the one that second-guesses every decision, replays every mistake, and convinces you that you’re not enough — keeps showing up.
That voice has a name. In Positive Intelligence®, we call it your Saboteur.
And here’s what most approaches miss: insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. You can understand why you feel the way you do and still feel it. What’s missing is mental fitness — the daily practice that actually rewires the brain.
“There’s an 80% probability that you have no idea how magnificent you truly are. Or, you used to know, and you’ve forgotten.”
— Shirzad Chamine, Founder of Positive Intelligence®
What Is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness is the capacity to respond to life’s challenges from a place of clarity, calm, and confidence — rather than anxiety, self-criticism, or overwhelm.
Just as physical fitness requires consistent exercise to build and maintain, mental fitness is built through small, daily practices that create new neural pathways in the brain. Over time, you stop reacting from fear and start responding from wisdom.
Every one of us has two forces at work in the mind. Your Saboteurs are the voices that generate stress, self-doubt, guilt, anger, and overwhelm — the patterns that have been running quietly in the background, often since childhood. Your Sage is the part of you that already knows how to respond to life with clarity, calm, and compassion. She has always been there. Mental fitness is simply the practice of letting her lead.
Who Is This For?
This program is especially powerful if you are:
• A woman who feels like she’s constantly at war with her own mind
• A new mom navigating the identity shifts and emotional weight of matrescence (the birth of the Mother)
• Someone who has done healing work and wants to make the changes actually stick
• A birth professional experiencing compassion fatigue or burnout
• Anyone ready to stop white-knuckling through life and start truly thriving
Evelyn has helped me through two of the hardest moments in my life prior to coaching me through this program.
Starting with that level of trust enables us to cut through any bs and really dig in. Additionally, the way she can guide me through the visualizations and PQ reps is incredible. Last but not least, her essence is so pure, grounding, light, and loving that I believe she would be an incredible coach for anyone. She has profoundly changed my life and continues to do so through this program.
What Shifts When You Do This Work
This isn’t a program you complete — it’s a change you live. Here’s what clients notice, often before the twelve weeks are done:
The inner critic voice doesn’t disappear — but you start catching it sooner. Instead of being swept away by it, you find yourself watching it from a little distance, almost curious. There’s the Hyper-Achiever. There’s the Judge. That gap between the trigger and your response — it grows.
Situations that used to hijack you — a difficult conversation, a moment of self-doubt, a hard parenting day — start to feel more navigable. Not because life gets easier, but because you get steadier.
You begin speaking to yourself differently. Not with forced positivity, but with a quieter, more grounded voice that sounds a lot like the woman you’ve always wanted to be.
And underneath all of it, something that’s hard to name at first — a sense of coming home to yourself.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits.
Why This Works
Here’s why this approach actually works when others haven’t.
Most approaches to anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm try to change how you think. But your brain doesn’t change through insight alone — it changes through repetition.
Every thought pattern you have, helpful or not, is a neural pathway that has been reinforced over time. The more your inner critic fires, the faster and louder it gets. But the reverse is equally true: every time you practice a Sage response, that pathway strengthens instead.
This is self-directed neuroplasticity — the same principle that underlies hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation — and it’s the science at the heart of the Positive Intelligence® program.
Through just 15 minutes of daily practice, you begin to generate structural changes in the brain that shift your default responses away from Saboteur and toward Sage. This isn’t motivational theory. It’s measurable. It’s grounded in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance research informed by over one million participants worldwide.
Fifteen minutes a day. Twelve weeks. A fundamentally different relationship with your own mind.
Program Impact
Based on survey results from a cohort of over 2,000 Positive Intelligence® Program participants after six weeks of mental fitness training.
How The 12-Week Program Works
Daily Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on your Saboteur patterns.
Weekly Sessions
Each week, we go deep on that week’s focus through our one-on-one Zoom live sessions. You’ll have space to process, integrate, and apply the tools to your real life — not just absorb information.
Measurable Progress
The PQ app gives you real-time feedback on how your mental fitness score is growing. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.
My Unique Integration
Unlike a standalone PQ program, I bring my background in hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed practice into every session. We’re not just training your mind — we’re working with your whole system.
What Makes This Program Different
Most coaching programs stop at insight. They teach you what to think differently without giving you the how to make it last.
This program combines the proven Positive Intelligence® framework with somatic awareness and nervous system support — so the changes go deeper than the conscious mind, reach the body, and actually hold.
You’re not broken. Your mind and body have been doing exactly what they were designed to do. When we give them the right conditions and consistent practice, healing becomes the natural next step.
FAQ
How much time is required?
You’ll meet with me once a week for 12 weeks via Zoom. Together, we establish a powerful space of safety, deep trust, support, and accountability.
You’ll commit to completing a 1-hour video module once per week and to a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence® app, exclusively designed for this program.
This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it is less than 3% of your awake time during the program. Please consider that your self-sabotaging patterns are costing you far more than 3% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Consider how much more than 3% of time and productivity this 12-week investment will save for years to come.
Is this the right program for me?
If you’re a woman who is tired of managing anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm instead of healing them — yes.
If you’ve done the inner work and feel like something still isn’t sticking — yes.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start truly living — yes.
The only thing this program requires is a genuine willingness. Not perfection. Not having it all figured out. Just a real desire to change, and fifteen minutes a day to prove it to your brain.
Is this therapy?
That said, my background in trauma-informed hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation means this work goes deeper than most coaching. If you’re also working with a therapist, this complements that work beautifully.
What if I've already tried everything?
Can I do this alongside your other programs?
How is this different from positive thinking?
Mental fitness isn’t about forcing optimism or suppressing difficult emotions. It’s about building the mental strength to be with whatever arises — and respond from your wisest self rather than your most reactive one.
