For two decades I have been facilitating transformations for women from all over the world who are ready to create their best life in all stages of their life journey.

My mission is to guide women to navigate life with joy, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

The techniques I use create rapid, positive, and lasting change. The sessions are always uplifting and solution-focused.

I know this because of my own personal experience. For 26 years (yes, 26 years!) I searched to resolve one very disturbing childhood memory. Each form of therapy I explored added another layer of pain and confusion. Until I found Rapid Resolution Therapy®, a brilliant form of multilevel communication.

In one session my life changed, the charge was gone and I felt liberated from the anguish of my childhood memory. Since 2013, I have been blessed to study with Dr. Jon Connelly, the creator of this amazing process and his work informs my life and work.
